A little Rendezvous

Today I when out with one of me best mate, Gerald. We had not seen each other for a pretty long time, seriously long time. It was rather tedious to get him to go out. Later I found out why so, he had been out practically everyday of the Christmas break. Exhausting it was for him. Anyway I did persuade him to tag along with me.

We met at orchard train station. Late as he was, I waited patiently for his arrival. During that time I decided to window shop through the many small shops that line orchard.

My gazing finally let me to ISATAN departmental store. Here I decided to indulge myself to a brand new pair of converse. The price was very reasonable because it was slashed twice already. I have been monitoring its price pretty closely, and today I decided to go for the kill. I bought it. So far I have no regrets on its purchase.

Thereafter I met Gerald who had finally showed up. He looked pretty good, matured rather, though still has that tint of boyish look that acts as a balance to maturity. lol. We walked to cineleisure, and to have lunch. Chatting about our school n stuff. We then walked around. Though I felt that he felt rather uncomfortable at some points, probably cus we have not met for such a long time that had no idea how to behavior. lol. Soon the comfort level rose. Buying a drink we could hardly find a place to sit where we were able to continue our conversation in comfort. Disappointingly we walked more, leading us back to where we 1st met, orchard train station. Clueless to what to do or where to go, we made an unilateral decision to return back to our home, ending our short yet fulfilling meeting.

How u know? That is the question.

Last night one of the strangest incident occurred. For you to judge its bizarreness you would hv to read on. Lol. So anyway this was what happened.

I was on the phone with a gal, we were chatting for quit a while. Honestly chatting about what I yet to figure out. But one thing was for sure, we were asking each other what they wanted for x mas ( though x mas is over) lol. She told me not to get anything for her, but then insisted that she would get m something. So I played her same game. I insisted her not to get anything but then that failed too. Finally she said, hmmm I would like a bag, I was like ok, now I have an idea on wot to get u. So to properly understand the kinda bag she wanted I probed more. But she refused to give me a proper answer.

Then she said “I know wot u can get me”. I immediately told her, STOP STOP, don’t say cus I knew wot she was about to say. She was as puzzled as a lion in a grocery store (lame). She then ask WHAT!, WHAT is it? She kept bugging me to know. But honestly I did not want to tell her. Then I realized that if I don’t tell her she would be kept hanging in the air, clueless to wot I knew she was abt to say.

I then decided to describe this item.
I asked her, if another friend of ours had seen it too.
Yes, she replied
Is it a little expensive?
Yes
Does it come in different sizes?
Yes. (At this point she stated to giggle lots, cus she knew that I had an idea of wot she wanted)
Does it have black on it?
Yes, she replied again. (At this point, the giggles turned to huge laughter)
My final question was, does it start with the letter ‘G’
I think she fell of her chair when I posed the question.

Totally dumbfounded, she could only laugh.

Thereafter, all she could say it ‘How u know?’

All I could say it I read yr mind.
She it utter shock had no words to convey over to me.

For me I just had a good laugh.

Well our phone conversation soon ended as it was getting late. Yet al she could say is How u know?

Welcome!

To some of you this may seem like the blog I had, well it is, though there is one big difference. I deleted all entries of the year 2005. I know u might think its silly, honestly, for me at least; this year has been a horrible year. Therefore, I am starting a fresh. I rather not remember the past n look ahead as to what is coming.

The New Year is coming, 2006. Just cannot wait to move to the coming year, cannot wait for the delights of that year to fall upon me, n to everyone else, especially me close friends, (sy, mil, rr, herm, suj, gerald). God Bless u guys!
