Verbal Diarrhea for the week.

Bare with me….. its time for some verbal diarrhea. (events of the past week)

After putting in so much effort in my exams, with sleepless nights, late dinners and early mornings, Thursday saw my first of the year-end examination with Structural Mechanics. It went pretty well I guess. But the hours that let up to the exam saw many for us stressing ourselves too much, to a point SY and I could not do anymore example questions. That was the time we decided to stop studying and give our minds a little rest before its put to the ultimate challenge we had to partake thus far. I was able to do most of the questions, but the only one that hindered my progress I decided to leave it (shear stress, and all the other stresses). I was doing my test pretty well, when all of a sudden Rose walked up to me and said, “See me later”. I was like in the middle of my exams when I get this message. How would u react. That little message distracted me for awhile, but soon after thinking what could I have done, I went back to concentrating doing my test. Just as I finished my paper and starting to check it, Rose approached me again. This time she took my calculator, which is ONE day old at that time and said, sorry your calculator has been blacklisted and you can’t use it in any of the exams any longer. Hearing that I was like WTH (to myself). That day was the 1st time I walked out of the exam room carrying a smile. A smile cus I knew that I had put in my best effort and I knew it would take a miracle for me to fail that exam.

That night I simply could not study. I was firstly overjoyed by the fact that I had just completed my 1st exam of the semester and also cus I knew it was a good paper. I can back home to rest and relax.

The following day saw me continue my routine that I had followed for the past 2 weeks, going back to sch early in the morning and studying till late. Yeo, Milton, Jab and SY were the 1st to arrive followed by Kelvin who left soon after and Wei Sheng.

Saturday was a pretty big, stressful, important day for me. I was moving house. Yes u must be wondering why move house when I hv my exams just round the corner, reason, we have to vacant the other home. It was a mammoth task of moving. I was exhausted after moving and shifting.

But the something totally unexpected happened. Sometime during the day I realized that my mobile was missing, but I clearly remember carrying it with me. I searched everywhere I thought I might hv left it. Sadly, I never saw it again. Then just 2 days ago it was confirmed that my phone was stolen. My bro found my black phone pouch in the bin outside my house when he throw rubbish. What is the pouch doing in the bin? Why isn’t in the pouch? Who took it? DING! I realized that the movers that day must hv stolen my phone. I was pretty pissed of by that. U can keep the phone I just want my SIM card back. Because of that I lost all my contacts, and I mean all, these include my friends from sec sch to friends overseas in France, UK, US and many more. DAM!

Well that night I was panicking a little, I was just too close to my exams, but what am I doing? Moving house. Exam Monday, yet I still did not study.

Sunday I slept and woke up at 3pm. That shows how demanding moving house can be. I actually got up a 8am, I had my breakfast watched tele for awhile n I was off to bed again getting up only at 3pm. I soon started studying deciding not to waste anymore time. Studying studying and studying that was all I did.

That morning Yeo and I met at 8, and we were studying still. That exam I found it pretty challenging. I mean very challenging. I just hope I pull through it.

After that we all let a sigh of relieve. All our test and exams were over. So to enjoy and celebrate, a group of us decided to play CS. We headed for Bukit Timah Plaza. After a short meal at KFC, we played CS for little over and hour. It was very fun and exciting. I never played CS cus after playing it once ages ago, I had a splitting headache, but this time I enjoyed myself. After the virtual game, we decided to play pool. Boy was that better fun. My first game was with SY, then Milton Yeo and Jab. I had lots of fun that night. We decided to retire for the night pretty early. SY, Jab and I took the same bus that brought us to our various homes. I really enjoyed myself that day. If only it could be longer. Haha. Next time.

The days that followed only saw me unpacking and clearing the other house. The 1st night in the new house was pretty cool, or shall I say cold. The air conditioning was set at 18’C by my bro. So I was freezing that night.

I was planning to go to sch many times during the week, but I was simply to lazy and at times something else came up. So I never brought my self going to sch till today. Ya u must be wondering go to sch? Haha well I hv to. I hv projects to do. Today I had to go back cus of a meeting with the director of DE. This was to explain the roles of students when they are overseas. This is in relation to the Kunming, China trip that I will be going in a weeks time.

After that I can home then went out with Herman, Sujith and Darren.
Occasion: Herman’s Birthday was yesterday. So we decided to meet up since we hv not seen each other for a while. We met at Causeway Point. I met Suj 1st cus I needed to get Herman something for his Bday. So I went shopping with Suj. I Bought him a red tee shirt. He seemed rather peculiar at 1st. Like always walking behind me and like being very strange. His strangeness never seemed to let him off. Herman was a cool guy, and Darren charming if that’s a word to use.

After Suj left without any notice, Darren, Herman and I went over to the library. We sat and started chatting, Darren the left cus he wanted to go our to his friends place. So it was Herman and me. We started chatting about all kinds of stuff. Laughing at ppl and wanting to throw books into the bin. Haha. I had a wonderful time with Herman. Thanks Herman for that nice chat. Hope u hv a great Bday. Well soon at around 8:30( I think ) we retired home.

This week saw many interesting events. I Hope my life does not continue to be so eventful, cus its exhausting. I hope I can meet my mates soon. I ready miss some of them ready. Well enjoy yr holidays and hv a pleasant weekend.
